This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through avatin.shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

⚠️ Please note: Due to the nature of some products (e.g., opened cosmetics, hygiene-related items, or customized/personalized goods), certain items may be non-returnable. Exemptions will always be stated on the product page.
3. Timeframe for Returns
• 7 days from the delivery date to report defective or incorrect items.
• 14 days from the delivery date for returns due to change of mind, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
4. Conditions for Return Approval
To be accepted, returned items must:
• Be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened).
• Include all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
• Be supported with photos/videos if defective or damaged.
5. How to Return

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.
• For defective/incorrect items: return shipping costs are typically covered by us.
• For change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome (refund, replacement, or store credit) within 7–14 business days.
6. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
• Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider, usually 3–10 business days.
• Alternatively, you may choose store credit for faster reuse.
7. Exchanges
• If the item is defective or incorrect and replacement stock is available, we will send the correct/new item.
• If not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.
8. Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns according to this policy.
9. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used cosmetics/personal care products.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items reported after the allowed timeframe.
